Tasting notes: the wine has a generous red color and complex notes of well
ripen plum, figs, coffee and fine chocolate. Deep taste with almond shades
accompanied by a rich texture and noble tannins.
To serve: at1 6˚C - 18˚C with red meat preparations, such as roast beef,
lamb, mutton or pork, but also with aged cheeses.
