"ORANGE Rhein Riesling 2021: A dry white wine made from 100% Rhein Riesling grapes. It originates from vineyards covering 16 hectares in the Valul lui Traian IGP region, micro-zone Tigheci. Harvested in the last decade of September with a yield of 7-8 tons per hectare.

Fermentation occurs at 15°C - 17°C with maceration on the skins for 40 days. Clarification and fermentation take place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures of 15°C - 17°C. It matures for 12 months in stainless steel tanks.

Best served at 8°C - 10°C, with an alcohol content of 13.5%, presented in a 0.75L bottle as a limited edition of 2942 bottles.

Tasting notes: Grapes are handpicked from their own vineyards in the Valul lui Traian IGP region. The wine captivates with seductive aromas of citrus fruits: grapefruit, pomelo, mandarin, and orange, as well as ripe quince. The complex taste is accompanied by a delicate and memorable vigor.
