Fermentation temperature:  15˚C - 17˚C
Vinification:  in stainless steel vessels at controlled temperatures of 15˚C - 17˚C. The delicate pink color was obtained after a few hours of 
maceration at a low temperature. The duration was different, depending on the variety. The latter processes take place according to the method 
in white.
