AURORE Traminer: A white dry wine made exclusively from Traminer grapes, with a vineyard area of 8 hectares and a yield of 7-8 tons per hectare. Produced in the Valul lui Traian IGP region, Tigheci microzone. Harvested in the last decade of September, fermented at 15°C - 17°C in stainless steel tanks, and matured for 12 months in stainless steel vats. Best served at 8°C - 10°C, with an alcohol content of 14.0% in a 0.75L bottle. AURORE Traminer offers a generous and complex palate, with seductive aromas of rose petals intertwined harmoniously with a delicate and pleasant taste of oriental spices, reminiscent of the magic of the Northern Lights.
