"Fautor 310 ALTITUDINE Merlot-Rara Neagră" is a dry red wine blend consisting of 80% Merlot and 20% Rara Neagră grapes, sourced from vineyards in the Valul lui Traian viticultural region, micro-zone Tigheci, village of Romanești. Harvesting begins in early October from 5.0 hectares of Merlot vines and 3.0 hectares of Rara Neagră vines, with a yield of 8 tons per hectare. 

Fermentation occurs at temperatures between 25°C and 30°C for 10 days in stainless steel tanks. The wine matures for 3 months in French and American oak barrels. It's best served at 16°C - 18°C, with an alcohol content of 14.0%, presented in a 0.75L bottle.

Tasting notes: This wine has an intense ruby color and is dominated by aromas of ripe cherries, black forest fruits, blackberries, and rustic nuances. On the palate, it is soft, velvety, full-bodied, with gentle tannins and cherry sensations.
