ENDEMIC BLEND - 2019. It is the blend between 2 local varieties Rară Neagră & Feteasca Neagră. It is a ruby red wine with purple reflections on the edges. The nose is rich in notes of berries and raisins followed by vanilla tones. The taste is complex and harmonious with the sensation of cherries and prunes and the aftertaste is tasty and persistent.Culinary combinations: ideal with red meat dishes, hard and semi-hard matured cheeses.The wine was produced in a limited edition of 2800 bottles, with an alcohol level of 14.0% vol.
