Domeniile Vorniceni Brut Sparkling wine 0.75l 12,5%

This sparkling wine was created by the secondary fermentation of the wine blend of Chardonnay 80 % & Feteasca Regală 20% grapes, the fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, where the wine also goes through malolactic conversion.

The Chardonnay and Feteasca Regală grapes come from a selection of vineyards planted in the calcareous soils near the winery. They have the ideal conditions for the balance of ripening and acidity required for our sparkling wine.

DOMENIILE VORNICENI Brut Sparkling is crisp and balanced. Pale straw color and ripe citrus aromas typical of the Chardonnay variety. The aroma, quite complex, expressive of apples, lemons complemented by fresh bread. The taste, full creamy and complex, notes of nuts are felt at the end.
